I'm making a "punk" dance costume, what types of clothes should i use?

ok...so we are doing a dance to youth of the nation by pod and our costumes are representing different stereotypes. mine is punk, but i'm not exactly sure how to put a punk outfit together (and it needs to be pretty movable). another one in the dance is goth, so it can't be too close to that. I was thinking maybe fishnets, black shorts (short ones) and a kind of colorful punk-ish t-shirt and maybe a crazy type of ponytail with colored highlights and outrageuos make up with tons of eyeliner. i'm not sure about the hair and make up, cause i might be in multiple numbers in the competition, but is the outfit good, or do you have any suggestions? I would appreciate them very very much, I'm so psyched for the dance and i want everything to look good :] thankyouuuuu!

white and black checkerboard shoes a white shirt and a red tie and a pork pie hat and black horn rimmed glasses and any old style jeans

a plaid mini skirt, leather jacket , doc marten boots

ripped up pants, with drawings or song lyrics written all over them

and patches sown on everywhere (like band names or something)

as for the makeup in addition to the eyeliner you should wear lots of colorful glittery shadow stuff (for the girls)

and bright colored spiked hair and stuff

For a girl....... Anything pink plaid and skulls, checkerbaord pattern is also great. Also alot of bracelets or arm sleeves and black balck and white or pink or red stripes.
