I have short hair and dont know what to do with it?

I have the rihanna hair cut but its a little shorter I need a new color and i want it to be wildish and punk.and new ways to put it up

I used to have a similar hair cut, but what I ended up doing is getting the back cut even just a bit shorter, and then I was able to spike just the back of my hair. I would leave my bangs down, but the back of my head would be entirely spikes. My friends loved it, and it was very easy to do as long as I used gel to spike it while my hair was still wet, then dried it with a hair dryer. Couldn't have taken more then 10 minutes, and it looked great. If you wanted to dye it, you could always dye the tips of your hair some neon color, like green or purple (all my hair is currently purple!). Just dyeing the tips would look fantastic with the spikes.

Inverted looks really cute when you do two colors; a lighter one on top and a crazy color, like pink, or a darker color like dark brown or black underneath. Try doing a fro-hawk for putting it up, a mini-pony isn't going to look to great.
