Ok, well Im starting a new school year. Im a skater and I listen to punk music and stuff, but my clothes dont show it. they look like im a tomboy geek. So, any tips on how to dress, style my hair, etc. for an awesome school year?

you can dress in a non feminine way and dress it up to make it girly by changing the hair and the jewelry.

and most of all just be yourself.

Style is born out of necessity and personality.

The coolest kids are those that are just themselves and are confident enough to not have to "dress the part."

I skate and listen to punk rock and I always wore thrift store jeans, whatever shirt, and my skate shoes because THAT'S WHAT YOU SKATE IN.

Punk fashion can be fun with the bondage pants and spikes, but if you notice, the older people in the scene, the "lifers" don't necessarily dress like that. It's not about that. It's about individuality and not conforming. If you're conforming to a "punk rock style" then that's just an oxymoron...

ok, ryt em u might want to keep things mostly black. with baggy jeans sligly ripped or torn at th knees etc. shoes such as converse or vans which are good makes, well u can get things such as spikey wristbands which get people that impression ur lookin for. well if ur a real punk skater, u'll know wat to wear
