I need hair color ideas!?

I have light brown/dirty blonde hair (it's darkened from blonde to brown...) and I'm not sure whether to get highlights or a complete color change. I just got a really choppy layered shoulder-length cut with side bangs and was thinking of maybe some color that would give it more of an edge or punk look, but not quite as extreme as neon green or pink... Any suggestions would be great! And pics would be even better =) Thanks!

i think you should do mild highlights i think that would give you an amazingly edgy look. i just died mine and i love it!
