Dye your hair black halfway. Then dye the tips of the hair blood red. I saw it before. Really cool! Make sure to blend in the black and red in the middle. Sorry, I don't have a picture. that's all I can give you. Spike some of your hair out.

haha why would you want punk hair? well anyway, you could dye it a wierd color, or put pink streaks in it and get a choppy cut. i used to be into that stuff, but i wouldnt suggest cutting your hair short, you'll regret it!
