i would like to put green highlights in my hair and i would like to know the best way to do this.. i would rather the color be permanent.. does anyone have any ideas on what to do? i would also like some help to find some haircuts in the punk/emo category also.. i would greatly appreciate your help..

you HAVE To cut it short and buy extentoins (im buying mine friday and right now i have short hair%26lt;3) YOU HAVE TO CUT IT!!! im sooo serious!! if not it wont come out b/c there NO way it will come out looking "emo" trust me ive tried and it ddnt look nice it was one of my worst cuts! again YOU HAVE TO CUT IT SHORT GET EXTENTIONS AND PUFF UP THE TOP =]

go get foils done... they're cheap and permanent. btw... why green?
